Alternatively you can select a shift and ask Duty Schedule Assistant who is available to work it.
Duty Schedule Assistant visually presents which days a particular staff member prefers working, does not like working or is only available part-time. A single mouse-click will inform you of any leave booked for a staff member or a team.
